Jemel E. Liverpool, Esq. is a seasoned lawyer and policy professional with over 13 years of experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and international trade and development. He has advised U.S. federal agencies, multilateral organizations, and private sector clients on good governance, investment strategies, policy development, and business formation.
Previously, as a Senior Attorney at CZL P.C., Jemel provided strategic legal counsel to businesses and nonprofits. He served as a Senior Consultant at LMI Consulting LLC, advising USPS leadership on corporate reforms, and as a Democracy and Governance Advisor at USAID, managing $35 million in foreign assistance programs. His tenure as a Private Sector Development Consultant at the World Bank Group saw him lead key regulatory reforms, improving the Republic of Liberia’s business climate.
Jemel holds a JD and LLM from Ohio Northern University and a BA in Criminal Justice from Iona University.
