Blacks In Aviation

Enjoy some information that Attorney Gabriel J. Christian shares about other Black people in aviation from other parts of the world who few people know about. The East Coast Chapter Tuskegee Airmen, Inc., ( ww.ecctai.org ),  which he is a part of continues to ensure that noble legacy of black people doing wonderful things in aviation.  Its organization's Youth in Aviation Program is led by Yvonne McGee, a pilot herself – and daughter of the famous Tuskegee Airmen Brigadier General Charles McGee. The ECCTAI provides training in avition science and scholarships to young people. The organization seeks to inspire young people to embrace science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) studies and so continue the noble legacy established by our greats in aviation sciences.  As humanity reaches for the stars, there will be great need for those with skills in aviation/aerospace science.

According to General McGee, we should always strive to practice the 4 Ps of progress: Perceive, Prepare Perform and Persevere. In that fashion, we can all continue to soar to victory!
